No pain patch completely eliminates pain. They are meant to make pain tolerable which is what this does. As far as sticking you have to do the proper prep which should include cleaning the area with alcohol. Those who have them come loose didn’t prep correctly.

The smell made me nauseous
These patches would be perfect if not for the smell. After using them for a few hours, I felt nauseous and had to remove them.
